Dear Club Presidents and IPPs,
I know you are pretty busy with your Club Business,but here are a couple
of things that we would like to ask for your help , we need you to do the
follow-up works, making direct contacts with your club officers and members
to get them informed with the ungent request and invitation !!!
1.
Please send your club information to Martha Lo (CYTC , Area D2)
and Emery Huang (ASTC , Area D2 ) before 6 pm, Oct. 18th. ( The
content of your club info. should be refered to the experienced
officers in your clubs)
We will not accept any reason of delay for we have already put
off the deadline many times. That bothers my responsible partners
within my area a lot, I need your cooperation with Emery and Martha.
They are working so hard on this , they are helping with the marketing
of your clubs.

Please invite as many memebers as possible to register to the EARLY BIRD
PACKAGE of the FallCon 2006 !!! It is well organized and everything is already
set up for your participation. No kidding !!! We have got so many great events
well planned for you to enjoy and experience !! The EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION
