Dear Governors and Club Leaders,
This is the very first time District organize such an Advanced Speech Training.
Please encourage your club members to seize the chance to get 1st hand experi-
ence-sharing from all the great trainers.
It will not only help CCs make an easy decision in setting their priority of
choosing advanced manuals, but also benefit ACs to make in-time adjustment
or see what they chose corresponds with what they need.

learning more about Advanced Manuals!
Usually, only when we finished our ten speeches,and became a CC(competent
communicator), can we apply for Advanced manuals.
But, guess what? Now you don't need to wait for completing ten speeches and
you can go to this training to catch the essence of those manuals!!
