[公告] 12/25 Joint Meeting is CANCELLED!!

Dear All,

     I'm so sorry for not keeping in touch with their VPE and thus didn't know
they have changed their VPE and will not have joint meeting with us since they
have a party, which they prepared it for a long long time.
     I apologize for my mistake and hope next semester we can still have joint
meeting with them. Sorry for causing inconvenience of David, Henry, Tina, Tofu
and Ray. Please forgive me><  <(_ _)>

Dear Cathy,



     I thought our VPE (Fanny) might forget to inform you that we are going to
hold our own Xmas party on 12/25. Since Xmas party (or year-end party) is our
club’s annual activity and we have poured lots of preparation for it, so I
think it’s not possible to keep our joint-meeting.

     I am really sorry to tell you this. We really need to apologize to all of
you.


P..S.: Few weeks ago we changed our VPE because she was very busy recently.
I guess she might forget to follow this up (I couldn’t remember if she has
informed you yet).


I will tell our VPE(the last one and the present one) to contact with you.
Hope you don’t mind and still give us this honor to have a joint-meeting with
you some other day in 2008.
