The Joint Meetings this semester have some technical prioblems (slight ones),
please look at the announcement below:
3/21 with SCU
SCU will provide 1 speaker, 1 Joke session master, 1 Evaluator.
The problem is: We already have Brady Tsai, Christine Chai, Fred Chen, Eleanor
Lin, Elaine Hu as speakers. If any of the speaker above would like to change a
time to deliver your speech, please tell me this Friday night.
5/9 with NCCU
NTU will have to provide 2 speakers, 1 Table Topic master, 2 Evaluators.
We already have: Brady Tsai, Asoon Lu, Christine Chai, Eleanor Lin, Elaine Hu
as speakers. So, three of our members ought to switch time or even cancel your
speech. As for the remaining position, there are still 1 Table Topic master and
evaluator left. Also, you can come to me this Friday after consideration.
Further Announcement:
It is said that there is a speech limit up to 2 for old members ~ considering
the awkward situation that our newcomers get slight chance to deliver speeches
. In my observation, some of the old members deliver 3 or more speeches this
semester. David and Ernest suggested that "unless you are going to deliver your
third (or more) speech in Speech Marathon or In-house or Area C2 Contest, it is
not so proper to deliver more than two speeches. I will also contact the old
members I mentioned for some arrangements this Friday.

1.3/21 with SCU: Problem solved.
2.5/09 with NCCU: Two more old members have to have their speech date advanced
or postponed, even canceled.
