Dear friends,
Last Friday, we had an unforgettable joint meeting with Legacy
Toastmasters. Keith, our first speaker, told us the key to seeing the colorful
world is preventing to be disguised by distractions. Our MVP deputy Cassandra
is on the way of a peaceful warrior, managing to realize what she really wants
and lives at the moment. Legacy member William Ryans recovered his backache due
to the therapy of chiropractic, which inspired him to become a chiropractic
therapist now. IPP also current webmaster of Legacy Toastmasters, Justice
Liao, used metaphor (Apple v.s. Orange) to deliver a speech by management.
Moreover, we were very lucky to see 2009 National Speech Champion,
Judy Lee(from Fu-Jen TMC) to elaborate the importance of being ourselves from
her speech,"Who I Want to Be".
I believed this joint meeting left all of us got a valuable experience.
Want to have more joint meetings in the future? You can arrange it once you
become an officer! Therefore, don't forget to apply for a position of officers
before 5/27(Wed.) Related information is announced on our BBS board. Seize
the opportunity and you won't regret in the future!
