個人拙見
第一句錯，ID怎能as security? 應寫成…leave their ID cards for security reason
第二句錯，應寫成 all dormitories.
第三句錯，應改為「Don't have your relatives or friends staying overnight.」
第四句矛盾，「避免製造大聲的噪音，目的是要阻止別人的安靜。」
而且，tranquility 不適合用在宿舍，quietude才是。
tranquility of other people 是指「人的無憂無慮的平靜」。
還有，avoid用於「避免傷害之類的事如核戰、車禍」
簡單寫這樣就夠：Don't make noise to disturb the others.
