*訪客進出請換證出入並請於00：30結束活動離場；
*全區禁煙、禁酒。並請備妥禦寒衣物，頂樓將於00：50關閉.

Once a year, the most important New Year's Eve is on the top floor at Chang Hsing Dorm.
Location: The top floor of A & B building
Time: Dec. 31st 23:00 ~ Jan. 1st 00:30
Visitors: Please exchange the "visitor card" with any ID at
reception; all visitors will be requested to leave after 00:30
※ Smoking and alcohol are prohibited; bring jacket for the cold night; and we will evacuate all people on the top floor at 00:50.
