親愛的各位舍胞,
本學期開學至今，宿舍發生數起私自取走他人腳踏車、拿走他人雨傘及曬在各樓層曬
衣場衣物接二連三的遺失，輔導員在此提醒大家竊盜屬公訴罪，請同學要有公德心不要擅
自拿走他人的物品！
本宿舍內外共裝設142隻監視攝影機，B1中控室設均有24小時保全值勤，其目的是為
了維護所有住宿同學的安全，如果有同學私自取走他人物品被中控室錄到軍會轉送輔導員
處理，依中華民國刑罰第三百二十條 (普通竊盜罪、竊佔罪)
1. 意圖為自己或第三人不法之所有，而竊取他人之動產者，為竊盜罪，處五年以下有期
徒刑、拘役或五百元以下罰金。
2. 意圖為自己或第三人不法之利益，而竊佔他人之不動產者，依前項之規定處斷。
前二項之未遂犯罰之。
竊盜是公訴罪，公訴罪就算達成私下和解，如檢察官獲得訊息還是可以提告，且一定
會留下案底，請同學互相提醒。

Dear all,
This semester, many students' bikes, umbrellas, and clothes hung at the
balconies are being stolen. As a serious reminder, stealing is a public
prosecution. Please do not occupy others' belongings without their approval.
There are 142 security cameras installed in and outside the dorm, and on B1
there are security service personnel on 24 hour shifts in order to keep every
student in this dorm safe. If the camera catches someone stealing another
person's things, he/ she will be sent to the dorm supervisor, and according to
Republic of China penalty No. 320 (ordinary crimes of theft, burglary offenses)
1. A person with the intention to unlawfully possess another's movable property
for himself or a third person, commits larceny and shall be punished with
five years of fixed-term imprisonment, criminal detention or face up to 500
dollars fine.
2. A person who intends to gain unlawful benefit for himself or a third person
and unlawfully occupies the movable property of another shall be punished
in accordance with provisions of the preceding paragraph.
An attempt to commit one of the two preceding provisions is also punishable.
Theft is an indictable crime; indictable offenses are still suable by the
prosecutor even if the two persons involved reach reconciliation in private.
The person must be left with a criminal record, so please remind each other.
