Research Associate Opening at Nomura Taipei Office
Nomura International (Hong Kong) Limited Taipei Branch (香港商野村國際證券有限
公司台北分公司) is looking for a contract-based Research Associate for the
Equity Research Department.
Job Description
- Support analysts in the technology industry, including technology hardware
and semiconductor sectors
- Assist analysts in building up financial models and writing initiation/
industry reports via collecting data from relevant industry research
- Attend analyst meetings and company visits and summarize key takeaways from
the meetings
Preferred qualification
- Demonstrate strong ability to build up financial models with deep accounting
knowledge and excellent Excel skills
- Advanced level of proficiency with complex spreadsheets/valuation analysis
and putting together presentations
- Strong interests in the equity market as well as the technology industry
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced work
environment
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- This position needs to provide a full-time support and has chances to be
promoted to a full-time position
