A foreign broker is looking for corporate access associate.
Responsibilities:
*Assist in preparing marketing materials
*Organizing corporate access, roadshows and corporate days which bridging
institutional investors and listed companies
*Assist in maintaining top level contacts with corporate and organize company
visits as requested and close working relationship with sales and research
analysts for the event arrangement
*Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings
*Ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
*Bachelor degree or above
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Strong attention to details and organized person
*Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
