Financial Analyst, IBD
Investment Banking Financial Analysts play a critical role in our transaction
teams, running analyses of valuations and helping to execute complex
transactions across all of our business areas.
Responsibilities :
‧ Advise clients on structuring and executing innovative financial strategies
by providing expertise in mergers and acquisitions, privatization, equity,
debt, and high yield financing
‧ Participate in a full range of complex financial transactions
‧ Participate in developing and strengthening our client relationships
‧ Quickly develop analytical, communications and marketing skills
Requirements :
- Sound academic achievements
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with multi-lingual
ability preferred
- Ability to speak, read & write mandarin fluently
- Good command of quantitative and qualitative skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High level of analytical skills
- Willingness to take initiative
- A commitment to a career in financial services
- Position is based in Taiwan, candidates must possess the necessary legal
permits to work in Taiwan
