UBS is looking for candidates to work as receptionist during its annual
Taiwan Conference event. The conference is held by analysts and interested
global investors in dicussion of the financial environment in Taiwan.
Job description:
-host global investors while they are inbetween meetings with the analysts
-assist with other duties for the conference to run properly
Date: Jun 23, 24
Time: 7:30AM~6:30PM
(candidates should be able to cooperate for the two whole days)
Requirements:
-detial oriented, quick thinker, responsible
-strong interpersonal skills as well as high EQ
-excellency in both English and Mandarin
-good team player
-previous exerpience as a receptionist is a plus
-basic knowledge in financial markets is a plus
