Operations provides the sophisticated and robust
infrastructure that our business needs to deliver consistently outstanding
client service. In a competitive market such as investment banking, client

Our transactional and control services are critical to the competitive
strength and continuous growth of both the Investment Bank and UBS. We manage
post-trade processing, clearing and settlement for our proprietary trading
businesses and a wide range of clients across established and emerging
markets.
In addition to clients, we work in close partnership with sales and trading
functions to provide efficient and cost-effective solutions to the rapid and
relentless growth in transaction volumes and new business demands. These
include market entry, risk control, product development, expanding revenue
streams and industry regulation.
We are relationship managers, process managers, risk managers, people
managers, process engineers, change managers, management consultants,
business analysts and project managers and much more.
Your Training Program
