The traders each made their way to Taiwan in the 1950s and 1970s. In order to provide better services and strengthen our competitive advantage, Diethelm Keller (Taiwan), Edward Keller (Taiwan) and SiberHegner Taiwan were merged to form Diethelm Keller SiberHegner (DKSH) in 2003. DKSH provides a one-stop business solution for a wide range of industries and merchandise. In 2003 DKSH brought Taiwan an investment equivalent to NT$61 million, this increased to NT$80 million by 2005. DKSH Taiwan provides Marketing, Sales, Distribution, and Warehousing services to core clients in key business sectors. We operate through four Business Units: Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Technology and Performance Materials. Our 550 staff are all dedicated professionals within their areas of expertise. The DKSH Taiwan offers a complete range of logistics and marketing services, all based on building long-term relationships with our principals, customers and partners. The Position – Business/Marketing Analyst The Business/Marketing Analyst is a critical position for DKSH to define competitive advantages for various products, conduct gap analysis to identify product opportunities, create key marketing features for sales team, and launch multiple marketing activities to boost company’s growth. In addition, Business/Marketing Analyst will support the business development for diverse projects such as identification of new business opportunity, due diligence process, execution and implementation of on-going projects, and communication with different suppliers. Business/Marketing Analyst will also involve projects from the services business line from time to time. Reporting to Business development manager, Taiwan Location Taiwan HQ (Taipei) Responsibilities 80% of working hours in product marketing: Conduct market studies to understand market potential, market attractiveness, and characteristics of market segment Determine market priority for DKSH Technology Taiwan Identify and target business opportunity from the marketing standpoint and create strategic planning for marketing and sales activities Brainstorm with general managers, business development team, and salespeople for defining product value proposition Work closely with Technology Sales team to accomplish sales targets and maximize business desired outcomes 20% of working hours in business development: Work closely with business development team for diverse projects such as launch new business lines and acquire new suppliers Assist business development manager for internal operations, strategic business decision, and supplier relationship management Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, analyzing and re-designing processes;implement changes Qualifications 1~5 years of working experiences; experience in consulting firm or high-tech industry are plus Ability to work with minimal direction to meet deadlines and manage various priorities and projects Smart, potential, open minded, highly self-motivated and quick learner Desire to join a fast-paced, high growth organization with tremendous opportunity for future advancement Ability to execute on a number of diverse projects simultaneously; comfort with taking initiative and making progress within short timeline Experience and comfort working in a fast paces environment and delivering results with efficient use of resources Take initiative to pursue knowledge and development in different fields to stay abreast of competition and challenges Strong leadership, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent in English; strong oral and written skills are required Please send resume and a brief cover letter (optional) to Weilun at weilun.tsao@dksh.com and sharry.lin@dksh.com.
