UBS Hong Kong is now looking for a Sales assistant role for 12 month-based
contract.


Job Description

1. Provide support, including learning about the sales job,
coordinating the set up of client roadshows, IPO meeting coordination.
2. Launch new clients in our in house client management system.
3. Work on client requests with the mentoring of senior sales.
4. Sit closely with sales on the equity sales and trading floor
and experience everyday live Asia equity trading markets.
5. Help senior salespeople enhance their relationship with the
client and also strengthen the service a client of UBS experiences.


NOTE: Cantonese and Mandarin are preferable, but if you
bring expertise and background in this area its more of value!
