Position: Senior Legal Professional
Education requirement:Four-year bachelor's degree in a business-related field
Language requirements: Fluent in English and Chinese
Job description:
1. Be in charge of legal / documentation tasks and projects.
2. Work with international legal advisers / financial institutions for company related documents.
3. Other legal duties as assigned.
Work location: Taipei office
Computer skills : Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Other criteria：
1. 5 years and above working experience is preferred.
2. With experience in financial industry legal department or international law firm will be given first consideration.
3. Available to work overtime, ability to deal with pressure, and with good communication skills.
4. Willingness to take challenging tasks (i.e. legal documents with international derivative structure).
5. Attention to details, sensibility to numbers, and possessed of team spirit.
