About HNW
The team was established in 1990s in order to provide mutual fund investment
service to high net worth investors. Currently the team has 9 full-time staff
members in Taipei, 2 in Taichung, and 2 in Kaohsiung. The current business
priority is to provide total-solution service by integrating Fidelity funds
with third party products. Also, the team is now focusing on deepening client
relationships through a series of loyalty programs to enhance sales productivity consistently.
Purpose of your role
This year, HNW team will have three important projects on line .ASP project
is on April 1. KYP project is on May1. NTD project is on Jun 1. Provide the
sales administrative support for completing ASP、KYP、NTD projects of Retail
HNW Sales Team, including paperwork preparation for account opening,
maintenance, stock transfers, and producing/updating regular status reports
for the management team and the regulator’s review. Provide administrative
support for high net worth team to help enhance overall sales productivity.
Your key accountabilities
1. Provide administrative assistance to the HNW Sales Team
2. Support the UAT testing of ASP、KYP、NTD projects
3. Support sales in phone deal and fax deal
4. Support HNW sales in preparing documents for account openings and
maintenance
5. Perform UAT for the required changes of ASP、KYP、NTD projects
6. Print and file clients’ Gain & Loss Reports
7. Prepare tracking reports for the status update
8. Back up HNW sales through answering client phone calls
9. Collect fund/market related information based on client request
10. Support client service/seasonal marketing program
11. Support new product promotional activities
12. Any other related operational tasks
13. Participation in projects as directed
Your skills and experience
1. Professional knowledge on Excel, Word and PowerPoint
2. Detailed-oriented with high standard of accuracy
3. Accurate and numerate
4. Communication skill/administrative experience
5. Data collection capability/financial market Knowledge
6. Good organizational skills
7. A team player and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
8. Able to work independently, show initiative and take full
responsibility for completion of duties
9. Nice have license of BP or Senior brokerage license
