I will talk about my IPO paper which also discuss some issues in
investment banking and venture capital. I will spend an hour over there.
After that, we will discuss a real merger case.
THe paper and the slides are in the web now, so ask students to download
them. Also, ask students to come on time since we need to play game for
the merger case.
