Hi 我是可欣的學姊立軒
目前在P&G的客戶發展部門從事業務性工作
我們公司去年開始發展Future Leader Club的program
為的是有別於一般公司徵才
在一般公司徵才時間開始之前
先在寒假辦一個像研習營之類的活動
讓來自各個領域和年級的同學透過實戰case study
了解P&G各部門的工作和一些business conduct的知識
而公司也透過這個活動來找尋符合我們期望特質的人
去年台大透過這個研習營後來進入招募程序拿到聘書的有11人(共29名新進人員)
進入P&G的各個部門都有
即便參與研習營之後沒有想要應徵的意願
這都是一個很好的研習機會
大四/研二將是我們明年新進人員的target對象
大三/研一則可以在明年成為P&G的summer intern
即使是大一/大二的同學 也能透過參加這個活動 在未來優先被列入招募程序
以下是有關於這個研習營的一些資料

1.Purpose

3.Membership
--Types of Membership
- Platinum Card/白金卡 : 大四/研二 (15 members)
- Gold Card/金卡 :大三/研一 (5 members)
- Regular Card/普卡 :大一/大二 (5 members)
--Platinum members will join the company effective from July 1, 2006
--Gold Card members will have Summer Interns opportunities effective
from July 1, 2006
--Regular Card members will have the first priority to upgrade to
Gold card members
