: 我們公司去年開始發展Future Leader Club的program
: 為的是有別於一般公司徵才
: 在一般公司徵才時間開始之前
: 先在寒假辦一個像研習營之類的活動
: 讓來自各個領域和年級的同學透過實戰case study
: 了解P&G各部門的工作和一些business conduct的知識
: 而公司也透過這個活動來找尋符合我們期望特質的人
: 去年台大透過這個研習營後來進入招募程序拿到聘書的有11人(共29名新進人員)
: 進入P&G的各個部門都有
: 即便參與研習營之後沒有想要應徵的意願
: 這都是一個很好的研習機會
: 大四/研二將是我們明年新進人員的target對象
: 大三/研一則可以在明年成為P&G的summer intern
