The maximum possible loss is the worst loss that could happen to the firm
during its lifetime.
The maximum probable loss is the worst loss that is likely to happen.
So what is the difference between the maximum possible loss and maximum
probable loss ??
PML(probable maximum loss)是指最大的損失發生在經營期間的可能性嗎??
而probable loss 則是只可能發生的機率嗎??
