1.AML一定會復發！！因為stem cell無法殺光。
一年內復發的預後差，通常對原有治療無反應，必須尋求新的療法。
一年以後的復發，可先試試原有療法，通常有用
不過AML的根治法還是骨髓移植或幹細胞移植
2.關於神奇的t(11,13)
Robbins 677：
AML arising de novo in patients with no risk factors are often
associated with balanced chromosomal translocation.
AMLs follow an MDS or that occur after exposure to DNA-damaging
agents (C/T or R/T) are commonly associated with deletions or
monosomies involving chromosome 5 and 7 and usually lack
chromosomal translocations.
The exception to this rule is AMLs occurring after treatment
with C/T drugs that inhibit topoisomerase II, which are often
associated with translocations involving the MLL gene on
chromosome 11 at band q23.
Basic & Clinical Pharmacology 935：
Ara-c：在體內轉成AraCTP，阻礙DNA合成的同時RNA和蛋白質仍繼續合成
，是S phase-specific antimetabolite。(Cytarabine)
Adriamycin：與DNA結合，阻止DNA與RNA合成。並阻止DNA strand
scission through effects on topoisomerase II。
(Doxorubicin)
