成因：
1. .......研究發現約有27% cardiac tissue的cell RNA做RT-PCR可發現
coxsackieviruses的RNA存在。
為什麼RT-PCR可發現virus's RNA, because we will compare the cDNA we make
with the known cDNA of virus using DNA sequenceing. There will be certain
sequences we look for using DNA sequencing. If those sequences look very
similar for both cDNAs, then we have detected the presence of viral RNA through
the detection of cDNA originated from viral RNA.
