此band為continuous band or discrete band?
因為之前有說到正常情形下VJ片段長短不一不足以在gel上顯出一個band.
In fact this sentence was written right before the last sentence, which said
there would be a discrete band using normal lymphocyte vj segment to run
the gel.
令我不解......
