P.21  註:通常會造成Herpes Blepharitis的都是recurrent的

     不過就註中對primary與recurrent的敘述，似乎造成眼瞼發炎的應該是primary耶

     另外在書上看到:Blepharoconjunctivitis is usually benigh and self-limited

     and, in children, it may be the only manifestation of primary herpetic

     infection.   [Clinical Ophthalmology]

     網路電子書上看到的:

    The initial (primary) infection is usually an undistinguished self-limiting
    conjunctivitis, generally accompanied by a vesicular blepharitis. 
    Recurrences (secondary) usually take the form of epithelial keratitis
    (also called dendritic keratitis), with a characteristic branched lesion of
    the corneal epithelium resembling the veins of a leaf, with knoblike
    terminals.
