我的理解是，Rinne test在意的不是氣導和骨導的thershold多少，
而是"時間長短"，和threshold無關(從頭到尾音叉的頻率都沒變)
所以應該沒有所謂移開到耳道邊時，聲音會比thershold小的問題
不知道這樣講有沒有比較容易想
