利用resin,niacin,reductase inhibitor加成作用的解釋
根據課本 其中的resin並不能使用於 homozygous
因homozygous的患者沒有functioning receptor所以不會發生LDLreceptor upregulation
對於heterozygous 因其至少會有minimal functioning receptor 就可以使用resin
所以homozygous的drug combination應為niacin, ezetimibe,reductase inhibitor
另外p9的表中也要改一下了
