Researchers say smokers with heavily wrinkled faces are 5 times more likely than those without pronounced facial lines to suffer from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which includes bronchitis and emphysema. The disease is caused by smoking, which also prematurely ages the skin.
