Mets acquire two relievers, sign Boone

METS用徐在應跟一名小聯盟投手Hamulack

跟躲人換來兩名年輕RRP Duaner Sanchez and Steve Schmoll

Sanchez, 26, appeared in 79 games and produced a 4-7 record, 3.73 ERA,

71 strikeouts and 36 walks in 82 innings with the Dodgers last season,

his second full year in the Major Leagues.

據聞換他來是要他來做SU,似乎也正式宣告BAEZ的交易OVER了

Schmoll, 25, had a 2-2 record with a 5.01 ERA and four saves in 48 appearances

and 47 2/3 innings. Like Sanchez and Chad Bradford, the reliever the Mets

signed last week, he is far more effective against right-handed hitters.

換這兩名投手來的目的是在於補強牛棚,加上之前簽的Bradford,以及原來的Heilman

希望能最後將球安穩的交至Wagner手上

另外METS也跟知名的"老"二壘手Bret Boone簽下小聯盟合約,並邀請春訓

Boone在上季打過水手和雙城,但後來都因表現不佳而被火掉

至於二壘手的問題,Omar Minaya表示小松井現在仍是METS的先發二壘手~
