LOWELL, Mass. (AP) - A barber from Lawrence, Mass., has pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and other charges for an alcohol-fueled fight over a Yankees-Red Sox playoff game that killed one man and wounded two others. Julio Rodriguez was sentenced to five years in prison after entering his plea Tuesday. The 62-year-old man was credited with the four years he already has spent behind bars since the October 2004 violence. Prosecutors say Rodriguez was among a group of men who had watched the baseball game on TV in Boston, which the Red Sox won 6-4. Rodriguez was a Yankees fan, and the other men teased him. Prosecutors say he pulled out a gun and shot three of them, killing one and wounded two others. Rodriguez said he had no memory of the incident. .................................. http://tinyurl.com/6nelch -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 122.126.132.229
