Derek Jeter was not available to the media after the game. According to
Joe Girardi, Jeter is not sure when he was injured but thinks it could have
been in the fourth inning on Sunday when Gary Sheffield broke up a double play.

Jeter a “hitch” in his step, Girardi said. It sounds like he might not
play tomorrow night. But Jeter is traditionally a hard man to keep out of
the lineup.


Chien-Ming Wang dropped “It’s a Boy” cigars in everybody’s locker earlier
in the day. There were balloons and assorted gifts at his locker including a
large gift basket from the team full of Yankees baby stuff.


Jeter沒有參加賽後訪問, 中途退場的原因可能是始自周日比賽雨刷男的二壘鏟
