有時候一陣午後雷陣雨稍微大一點
落石積水怎樣的小災情都會跑出來
路邊常常因為水溝不夠通暢
下大雨就積水到會影響交通安全的程度
這種程度的道路安全問題都解決不了
憑什麼要人冒險去上班?
更不要說凹凸不平的道路跟人孔蓋
在雨天簡直是兇器...
