   The Nationals lost the rights to second-round draft pick Sean Black
   yesterday when the hard-throwing right-hander attended class at Seton
   Hall University.

   Black, 18, did not attend class Tuesday, giving the sides one more day to
   negotiate, but a deal could not be struck. Black is one of two unsigned
   picks in the first two rounds of the draft, and he's the only high schooler
   picked in the first two rounds that did not sign.

推 VaROne:感覺 Black 是個還不錯的苗子，不過1M真的太多。
推 VaROne:談到這我就想到97年的Draft對Expos真是個災難，8個第一輪選
推 VaROne:秀權吃掉當年不少預算，如果能移一半過來明年不知有多好。
