看板 Nationals 關於我們 聯絡資訊
By Chico Harlan | February 10, 2010; 11:50 AM ET [UPDATE, 3:15 p.m.] - Just talked to an industry source with knowledge of Wang's situation, who said that, despite developments with the Dodgers, the righty's timetable for selecting a club remains unchanged. So, Wang will pick a team within the next 7-10 days. The Nats, the source said, "are way ahead of the pack," but another five or six clubs have expressed interest. http://is.gd/88VzG ----- Team seems to be favorite to land ex-Yankee Wang Washington doesn't yet have a deal finalized with free agent pitcher Chien-Ming Wang, but it does have the inside track. Intriguing because he is a former 19-game-winner, risky because he is recovering from right shoulder surgery, Wang will likely select a new team within the next several days. One team source described Washington's chances as "promising" and indicated that the team seemed to be the leading contender. Wang, who turns 30 in March, is rehabilitating from arthroscopic surgery that prematurely ended his 2009 season. . . . Without any setbacks, Wang could be ready to take the mound -- presumably in a minor league rehab stint -- in May. http://is.gd/88VNQ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.24.6.16
