[閒聊] 9月擴編新秀一覽

快速瀏覽一下比較重要的幾位。基本上大多數球隊都會等到 9/5 小聯盟賽程打完才開始
進行擴編，所以想看新秀上場表現還得再多等一會兒。

Tom Milone, LHP, 24

我真的很好奇，一個快速球最快還不到 90 mph，大多數時間都是85～87在跑的投手
為什麼能在3A平均每局三振掉1個打者以上(K/9 9.4)。很期待星期天的到來，看看
他的 stuff 是不是真的能迷惑住大聯盟的打者:)

Brad Peacock, RHP, 23: He blossomed from the very start of this season,
harnessing a fastball that travels as fast as 97 miles per hour. He won the
Eastern League pitcher of the year award, and in 25 appearances between Class
AA Harrisburg and Class AAA Syracuse, Peacock has gone 15-3 with a 2.39 ERA,
177 strikeouts and 47 walks.

今年榮獲 Eastern League 年度最佳投手的榮譽，明年開季SP輪值的競爭候選人之一。

Atahualpa Severino, LHP, 26: The Nationals are high on his potential as a
lefty out of the bullpen because of how much movement he gets on pitches. He
has been called to the majors twice, but has never appeared in a game.
Severino had his season shortened by injury and has posted 37 strikeouts and
22 walks in 30 2/3 innings this year in Syracuse.

左手牛，今年曾受過傷，據說球很會跑 (希望不只是跑到好球帶外面)。
表現好的話說不定會是明年牛棚的重要戰力。

Roger Bernadina, OF, 27: Bernadina spent much of this season as the Nationals
' starting center fielder but was shipped to the minors after the Nationals
traded for Jonny Gomes just before the July 31 trade deadline.

多數作家和球迷都認為他只是個4號外野手的料，同時很遺憾他們似乎是對的。

Stephen Lombardozzi, IF, 22: Since a midseason promotion to Class AAA
Syracuse, Lombardozzi, a Columbia, Mary., native, has hit .320/.364/.426 in
64 games.

正好翻完一篇介紹，所以就不多提了。

Yunesky Maya, RHP, 30: Maya joined the Nationals’ rotation while Tom
Gorzelanny was on the disabled list in late May, and he also made one spot
start the day the Nationals traded Jason Marquis, going 1-1 with a 5.40 ERA
in the majors this year. Maya signed a four-year, $6 million deal with the
Nationals last season after defecting from Cuba.

Maya 處境還蠻艱難的，球隊現有的SP其實已經有點多，加上他年齡已經滿30，沒有
Still Have Time 這種新秀優勢。除非SP群爆發 DL 瘟疫，否則很難輪得到他先發。

(明年光是小史、J-Zim、Lannan、Grozy、型男、孔雀、Milone、Livo (大概會留吧)
 大致上就有8位，Sammy Solis、Matt Purke 等人沒傷沒痛的話大概１～２年就上來
 了，其他注目度較低但成績也不差的還有 Brad Meyers、Shairon Martis、Daniel
 Rosenbaum 等人，且 1A 還有 A.J. Cole ＆ Robbie Ray，我真的懷疑 Maya 能夠
 在這支球隊得到固定先發的機會。不過凡事無絕對.....就當是買個保險吧。)


還有件值得一提的事：由於 Milone、Peacock 和 Lombo 都不在40人名單內，加上小史
9/6 就會出60-DL，等於我們必須擠出4個40人名單的空缺給這4位球員。Adam LaRoche
和 Cole Kimball 目前都是列在15-DL，把他們兩位移到60-DL可以多出兩個名額，但這
樣還是不夠。因此未來一週內究竟誰會被移出40人名單也是一件蠻值得觀察的事情。
