Princess Kaguya is a concept for the largest cruise ship ever built.
The ship, being described as an international urban cruise ship by its
Japanese owners, Japan Contents Network Inc, will be 20 decks high and
have a gross tonnage of 450,000. It is planned that the vessel w
ill be ordered in 2008 for delivery in 2012.
When complete, the ship will accommodate 8,400 passengers in
3,600 passenger cabins and 4,000 crew.
The passenger accommodation will be housed in three separate sections
within the ship.
Princess Kaguya will be 505 metres long and will have a
Breadth of 58 metres making her post-panamax.
The ship will be powered by diesel electric propulsion
that will give her a service speed of 22 knots .
大意說 這條船會是目前世界上最大的郵輪
20層甲板 45萬噸 , 2008年下單 預計2012年使用~ (目前未見哪家船承造)
船主會是一家日本公司~
本船可容納8400名遊客,3600間客房,另外配置4000名船員
本船505公尺長 . 58公尺寬, 是超巴拿馬級的船舶
極速22節,將用柴油+電力推進
感想....505公尺長,哪個碼頭容納得下這怪物? 45萬噸,動力系統會是考驗
