標題Fw: [ＢＴ] Windows Firewall 無法阻擋 uTorrent ?

我用 Win7 英文版與 uTorrent 2.2.1 英文版.
做了個測試, 步驟如下:
(1)
取消勾選 uTorrent Options > Preferrences > Connection 底下的選項
Add Windows Firewall exception
(2)
關閉 uTorrent
(3)
開啟 Windows Firewall with Advanced Security, 刪除那兩個 uTorrent 的
inbound rule.
(4)
重新開啟 uTorrent
(5)
Windows Firewall 詢問是否允許 uTorrent 的連線, 點按 cancel .
(6)
Windows Firewall 出現兩個 uTorrent 的 inbound rule, 皆是 block, 且 enabled.
(7)
但是, uTorrent 依然能夠連線且下載與上傳.
請問, 為何 Windows Firewall 檔不住 uTorrent ?
