[問題] 無法開機

作業系統是windowsXP的...

最後一次用電腦時有更新防毒軟體，並且對D槽用清理磁碟(右鍵→內容)

因為很慢所以就先放著，但我回來時我媽把電腦關了，之後開機就發商以下藍屏

(另外就是電腦之前每次都出現JAVA和A開頭紅紅的reader的更新提醒我都沒理它)

開機時跑完Windows的MARK後，左上角有小白標一閃一閃，

之後就變成藍屏寫出下列訊息：

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent

damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you're seen this stop error screen, restart

your computer.

If this sceen appears again, follow these steps:

Disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defragmentation or back up

utilities, check your hard drive configuration, and check for any

updated drivers. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption,

and then restart your computer.

我已經重開機但仍出現藍屏

也試過不同開機模式(重插電源線出現的那個)

請問要如何在無法進入windows的情況下執行上述建議的動作？

(關掉或反安裝防毒軟體，檢查更新程式...等等)

需要windows光碟才能做這些動作嗎？硬碟資料留得住嗎？

電腦有點舊了...但裡面有重要資料沒備份齊全...

有沒有可能直接用隨身硬碟把裡面的資料備份起來(不能開機的是先不管)?

拜託各位大大就就我這個電腦白癡了:(
