Opportunity to Win Attractive to Williams

Jay Williams, two days short of the third anniversary of his motorcycle
accident, came home to New Jersey Saturday to work out for the Nets. As he
has on his other stops, the former Bulls guard said nice things about the
team, noting "I just want to win and I know there's a huge opportunity to win
here in New Jersey." The Nets remain concerned about his quickness and
lateral movement. Still, the Plainfield native says he already has a Nets
uniform number picked out: No. 2...as in second chance.
