The Nets announced Thursday afternoon that they have recalled Sean Williams
from the D-League. Williams played in eight games with the Colorado 14ers,
averaging 9.8 points, 7.5 rebounds and 3.9 blocks while shooting 50 percent
from the field. He last played for the Nets on Dec. 12. Nets officials say don
’t read anything (like an impending trade) into the announcement other than
“it’s time”.
