並認為籃網是紐約市最好的球隊，儘管目前尼克戰績較好。

Mario Ellie told Bowen the problem with the team especially Hump was roles.
Hump wants to get involved with the offense while the coaching staff has told
him to worry his role and rebound and the rest will fix itself

Mario Ellie (前NBA球員) 與包溫談到籃網本身所擁有的問題，特別是關
於憨佛的角色定位。

憨佛希望自己可以融入進攻體系，而教練團卻告訴他必須先擔心自己的定
位並且鞏固好籃板，則其他的問題就會迎刃而解。

Deron talked to Bruce and Bruce said that with Avery he had to look over his
shoulder with PJ the offense is more faster and free.

Deron 之前有跟包溫私下對談過。包溫說在 Avery Johnson 體系之下
Deron 必須承擔責任；在 PJ 體系之下，進攻更快、更靈活發揮。

Bruce Bowen felt that Avery was not the right person to coach young players.
Saying Brooks and Tele were going to make mistakes but the only way they
would learn is to get out there and play.

包溫覺得 Avery 並不是一個適合教育年輕球員的教練。
並說 Brooks 跟 Teletovic 都會犯錯，但他們唯一能學習的方式就是上場
打球。

Saying the Nets have a better chance than any other team in the East to beat
the Heat and the Nets need to make a "Rasheed Wallace " move. Same thing the
Pistons did. Add a player that isn’t a superstar but will change the whole
team dynamics

並指出籃網在東區，其實比其他隊有更好對抗熱火的機會。

籃網必須做出"溪蛙"(Rashhed Wallace) 般的交易，就像過去活塞所做到
的增加一個並非超級巨星的球員，但是卻徹底改變球隊的動能。

推 vladmir:目前125號位置都有進攻火力  4號位擺功能型球員就夠了吧
