[問題] 無法上網的問題

宿網 換插別人的IP孔就可以用
插自己的IP孔無法上網
用MSN連線 錯誤代碼是80072ee7
說是"你的閘道是離線狀態"
上學校計中查過也不是鎖IP
這到底是哪裡出問題了?
