[問題] 請問為何不能上網頁

[p21325 (酷就好)]

今天早上還沒問題 下午突然開任何網頁都開不起來
用IE或pcman都一樣 出現這個訊息的網頁畫面..

Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.yahoo.com.tw Port 80
請問有人知道是什麼問題嗎?
