[問題] xp vpn設定

繼上次的ssh tunnel找不出原因之後，我想轉戰vpn設定@@

我用的是xp內建的vpn，
xp本身是實體ip(140.130.x.x)，我設定連上的ip是校內的虛擬ip(10.x.x.x)
在外面連上之後，原本的連線不會斷線，但是新的連線卻無法連線
連線變成這樣

Ethernet adapter 無線網路連線:
        Connection-specific DNS Suffix  . :
        IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.100
        Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
        Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1

PPP adapter is vpn:
        Connection-specific DNS Suffix  . :
        IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 10.3.204.50
        Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.255
        Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 10.3.204.50

我要連校內的虛擬ip也連不上，
請問vpn的設定這樣正確嗎??
