小弟我即將要畢業離開美國

最近在搞房子的事情

在網路上刊登自己的房子要出租

然後收到一封這樣的回信

Thanks so much for responding, Honestly, i must confess I'm comfortable with
the cost and it is okay by me. I will like to make the first month payment
ahead of my arrival and the subsequent month will be effected thereafter as I
plan to stay for as long the lease is drawn and I'm so glad to get a place at
last and i will be glad renting the place and also if you hold the place for
me, I should be arriving as Soon as all arrangements are okay by you and i
will be signing applications and leases when I arrive to America.As for my
mode of payment, My Ex company once owed me some money and they have agreed
to pay me back only in form of a check which i have been waiting for a long
time for this funds and I have now talked to them that i will like them to
send the money to you which they have accepted to.I'm also having them send
the check to you because it's an American check and i can't use them right
here in Europe because it can only be changed to cash in America, so they
will be sending you a check of my last payment in which i will like you to
deduct your total rent fee from it and i will like you to help me send the
remaining balance to my traveling agency here because the money you will be
sending down here will be used to book for my flight ticket to the United
States.Therefore i will need your following information below so as to
prepare the check:

Your full name as it will appear on the check,
Your work or home address to ensure delivery in your hands through regular
mails or a courier service this week
Your phone number to keep contact close and avoid package missing in transit.

I will also like to know the nearest airport to the house.I will also like to
know if you will be available to come pick me up from the airport and show me
around or if I should make alternative arrangement.I'll be so glad if you can
reserve the Place for me and help remove all your the adverts about the place
as I'll love to rent the place.I am more interested in a long term lease, but
still open to any form of lease you want and i will get all paperwork done
when i arrive.Well, i think we will get along well because am a easy going
person who respects ones privacy, like I said I don't do drugs or smoke but I
drink only occasionally, I strongly believe there will not be any problems
living with me as I was raised by strong catholic Christian parents and have
imbibed such good qualities from childhood.I will also love to see your
pictures.

大意說一下

寄這封信的人自稱是一個美國出生的韓國人（28歲女性）

目前在土耳其出差然後1/25會回美國

她想要承租我現在的房子


疑點一：我是將我的租房訊息po在我們學校中國同學會的BBS上

        一個韓國人看不懂中文更別說會上中文的BBS


疑點二: 他說之前他在這邊工作，前公司有欠她一筆錢他要請公司直接開支票給我...

        看到支票我就覺得不對了


在BBS上我有很清楚的說我的房間會在2月底才會空出來

但是我問她說她什麼時候回美國她回答1/25...


疑點三：人明明就1月底就要回美國為什麼要找一個2月底才會有空的房子呢


我後來問她那1/25～2/28這段時間妳要住哪她說要去住hotel

疑點四： 其實她給我寄過兩封信，上面po的是第二封信，她一直很想要趕快把錢給我

         跟我要我的 地址，電話，姓名拼法，明明也都沒有來看過房子只有看過照片

         不曉得她為什麼那麼想要趕快把錢給我...


以上都是剛剛發生的事情

不知道大家怎麼說

想聽聽大家的意見
