森林小丘雅房 - 短期出租

電梯公寓，2房2廳中的獨立雅房，有兩扇窗，陽光充足，含水電瓦斯，冷暖氣，網路， 電視等;  地下室有投幣式洗衣機及烘乾機，附近生活機能很方便，近超市（有日本超市），餐廳，藥房，便利商店等。

地點位於Forest Hills, Queens; 是皇后區最安全的一區，鄰近的地鐵站為  Express trains E&F 75 Ave 站 (約2分鐘路程)，或是Kew Garden 站 (約4分鐘路程); 距離71 Continental 約10分鐘路程 (E/F/M/R); 搭乘時間：快車約20分鐘，慢車30分鐘可達 Manhattan midtown 。

房租一天$40美元，多一人加15元。

1. The brownstone building with elevator is located in Queen Blvd, between subway station 75th and Kew Garden. Two mins to 75th Ave for E, F (Express), 4 mins to Kew Garden for E, F (Express), and 10 mins to 71 Continental for E, F, R, M.
2. It’s very nice and safe place and very convenient to supermarket, restaurants, library, post office and etc. Also, laundry is in the basement.
3. It’s on fifth floor and very bright because there are two windows. It has view to see white stone bridge, especially at night.
4. You will have your own room with full size bed, desk, drawer and lamp, but share kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. I will provide furniture at living room and dining room, too.
