德哥說：
"I've told Steven that he should watch every game that John Terry plays in,"
"He should be analysing his performances, everything he does in a game and
looking to bring it in his own performances. I don't think there is a better
role model for a young centre-back than Terry.
"Steven should be looking at the way he attacks the ball when he heads it,
the way he tackles, the way he holds himself and the positions he takes.
德哥希望Taylor以Terry為學習對象
慢慢培育Taylor, 能讓他從目前的U-21, 成功進入國家隊戴Caps~
(不過小朋友的偶像是 Tony Adams 耶...)
不過學習歸學習, 先學習不要常常拿紅牌 ╮(﹀_﹀")╭
(話說昨晚的 歐洲盃 U-21 PlayOff....搞不好是做老本行被抓包 囧)
而 Roeder 將利用這幾天的training表現
來決定週末對 Bolton 由Taylor or Bramble 夥拍 Moore 鎮守後防
