Kevin Keegan is set to continue as Newcastle boss following clear-the-air
talks with owner Mike Ashley.
The pair's relationship is reported to have soured after Keegan claimed that
Newcastle were unlikely to break into the top four during his time in charge.
But after the meeting in London, chairman Chris Mort said: "It was a good
meeting. It was both productive and constructive."
Keegan rejoined Newcastle four months ago and successfully avoided the drop.
