OSLO, March 22 (Reuters) Roma striker John Carew's international exile ended on Monday when he was named in the Norway squad for a friendly against Serbia and Montenegro. Carew was sent back to Rome last September after punching Liverpool midfielder John Arne Riise in the face on the team bus after a Norway training session and has not been in the squad since. Riise was also named in the squad for the match in Belgrade on March 31. "It will be natural to discuss this episode in the squad and ensure it's over," said coach Age Hareide. Carew said in January that he had buried his differences with the national team after a meeting in Rome with Hareide, who replaced Nils Johan Semb who quit after Norway failed to qualify for Euro 2004.
