After surgery Feb. 21 on his left knee, Smith was expected back tonight
against Detroit at the Pepsi Center. But Smith said Thursday he needs more
time to recover and is looking at Thursday's home game against the Los
Angeles Lakers as a potential return date.
"I'm not playing (today)," Smith said. "I'm definitely out. My knee is
starting to ache a lot more than it's supposed to. They just told me to take
a couple more days out. You definitely don't want to force it back."
JR 明天肯定不能上場了。
雖然 JR 在對黃蜂的比賽最後時刻有短暫上場，但這幾天他的膝蓋又開始酸痛了。
JR 最早也要等到下禮拜四對湖人的比賽才有可能回來。
